We just moved to Castle Rock last year and made our first visit to Chili's about a month ago. Just got back from our second visit. The food is wonderful and the price is right. Ask for Katie to be your server. She is amazing!

Was the most disgusting chills I've ever visited.. Walking in smelled like sewage, very odd but only in front entrance area. I had to use restroom while hubby was seated and as soon as I walked in the bathroom 'eww' a waitress was in there fixing her hair and said sorry it's gross in here. She was right!! Not only was bathroom disgusting so was the whole eating area. Food everywhere, dirty tables. There is no reason a place should be that dirty None!! I think we lucked out because after sitting for 10 minutes with no one even approaching our table we glady left! See the pics of how nasty this place was... If the dining that customers can see is this filthy I can only imagine how atrocious the kitchen is

Excellent service, horrible food compared to other Chilis. time for Chilis corporate to do what they need to do to increase the quality of this franchise. Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but the food recently was cold, and the order was messed up by the kitchen. New construction in the area will bring competition over time and increased consumer choices means this store will be penalized with lower profits if they keep this up.

Went with the children for a nice, family meal. As a single mom not something we enjoy often. I usually go to the Parker Location and now I know why. Place was filthy, not just the bathrooms but the whole restaurant. It barely was half full yet we waited 40 minutes for drinks because they somehow ran out of glasses? Apps came five minutes prior to food. Apps and food came out cold and a chicken dish way undercooked. It had to be sent back and replacement meal was 20 minutes later. I complained and received nothing, not even an apology. Out of the five of us, three woke in the middle of the night vomiting with severe stomach cramps... Can you say food poisoning I called the next morning to inform them but was rudely dismissed. There are better places to spend $135

I don't give a lot of fives...and I don't typically like Chili's...but this place has changed my mind., The Manager Jordan and Team are a class act...Chain restraunts that put value in hiring quality leaders need to be recognized and this is one... Food was well cooked and made to order ( we are a picky family) and the server Shawn was handling probably 8 tables but we were treated like the only table in the house.,, (ok so I know a little bit about server skills) but this guy is primo... Come here folks..trust me., there is a reason why there was a half hour wait...( but THEY got us in in 20 mins) if you want under promise and over deliver....give Chili's in Castle rock a shot...

I'll preface this by saying that our waitress was incredibly sweet and did her absolute best, our experience wasn't her fault at all, but she certainly seemed to feel responsible for it. I'm not sure if they were grossly understaffed, caught off guard or just plain unprepared. For three people our entire meal lasted over 2hrs, because it took over an hour for our food to come. We were on the verge of asking for our check and leaving at one point, but were told by a manager that our ticket was the next up and our food would be right out. It wasn't worth the wait. I've had great experiences at Chilies before, but I won't be coming back to this one.

Waitstaff was nice.... the food came out and there was a small portion of berf fajitas... just made a small mention about the portion... BAM!!! these folks take customer satisfaction serious... They brought me out a portion... apologized and did everything with a smile... David the manager stopped by the table to make sure I had enough to eat.... and they were very gracious to seve their customers. ...I am very impressed. ... Thanks David and my server....Jackie!! Ask for Jackie...she will definitely take excellent care of you....

Food here is ok, nothing special..it is chili's after all. The service is terrible and rude. Not worth the wait, the noise or the hassle. Management seems great but like they always have their hands full.

Excellent meet up place for some non-traditional food. Had Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and kernel corn. Jackie my server did and excellent job, especially considering she got 9 tables from a big party at opeening time. The Steak was tender and potatoes were hot. Kernel corn was okay. Usually comes with Corn on Cob but can't open my mouth very big so its hard to eat. Finished off with a Chocolate Molten Cake. Very nice meal. Molten is big enough for three.

Let me start with our server Bryan. He was excellent!!! I got the Mac & Cheese. It wasn't the best though. It tasted kinda dry. My mom got the tilapia. She said it wasn't that good. My dad had the margarita chicken. He said it was good. I agree with him too. :-) On behalf of my dad Marissa:-)

This Chili's is in the perfect spot to meet up "half-way" with friends from Denver/Parker. Our server the other night was a really nice and soft spoken guy. He was extremely helpful, even mentioning the menu items that Chili's was going to be doing away with in an upcoming menu revision. This allowed at least one person in our party to order her favorite thing at least one more time. I had never had the ribs at Chili's before. I asked a friend if he know how the wings were and he started singing "I want my baby back, baby back riiibs!" This sealed the deal for me. I had the ribs with the Shiner Bock BBQ sauce. Wow! Everything about them was excellent. Meaty enough, perfect portion size (even with a 1/2 rack), and that BBQ sauce was crazy good. So good in fact that I immediately thought about trying to make it at home. Good happy hour pricing. I mean - BOGO margaritas! Just off I-25. Perfect.

Almost half way through my meal I found a hair in one of my sliders. Good thing I rip pieces of my food off as I eat (old habit from braces). ::vomit:: Ughhh. Never again will I be back! -.-

  • G N.

Slow. Dry food. Won't be back. We received our food 40 minutes after we ordered, and my boneless buffalo wings were dry and had no sauce on them (they sat under the heat lamp for a while). We complained about them and the head chef took them off the order, which is nice.... but it shouldn't have to come to that.

Not going back. I've been going to this Chili's since it opened - I generally love Chili's food, but this one just simply SUCKS. They are very poor at handling the crowds they get and the service is generally very poor. Last time we tried to give them one more try, we were told it'd be a 20-30 minute wait, after about 35 minutes when I asked I was told, "We already seated you." REALLY? They couldn't keep track of the waitlist, and when I said, what do we do now, I was told, "I can put you back on the list but it'll be another 20-30 minutes, but it's not our fault..." NEVER AGAIN

This is a Chili's. We eat here when nowhere else sounds appetizing. Chips and salsa is almost always the best item on the menu; this has been true since I was in high school, year after year, into perpetuity. Chili's is basically the definition of forgettable American food - unless you're getting sloshed in the bar with co-workers from the nearby outlets and taking advantage of the NFL and 2-for-1 happy hours, what's to expect?

    (2)
  • Tara L.

    Standard Chili's. Nuff said.

I have eaten at enough Chili's to know that this location is awful. The hostesses were rude and felt comfortable chatting amongst themselves about inappropriate topics while we waited for a table, the server was slow and apathetic, and the food was dry (burger, ribs, and crispy chicken). If we weren't starving, we would have walked out. Terrible.

Four stars for the margarita I had. Three stars for food. The shrimp tacos were ok. I would go back. The service was great and the manager came by to ask how we liked it. On a Sunday evening the place was packed so it's popular.

We eat here a lot. The food has always been good for us.....never had an issue or bad food. We always eat in the bar and one of the regulars working there is JACKIE who is AWESOME! We love her and is one of the reasons we always come back! She knows us by face now so it feels like the Chili's bar is a small home town bar!

We had dinner tonight with the family. I must say the serving staff was on the ball tonight. One thing I always like is when all of the servers help each other out to make the dining experience a pleasurable one for the customer, as that's what it should be about. The food was well prepared. It is nice to leave a restaurant and feel like it was money well spent.

I worked at Chili's as a hostess and server for 3 years when I lived in Florida. I loved being a server (minus the bad tips, difficult clients, and double shifts) and dining at Chili's is always a special treat. We don't go often because the locations near home aren't quite near enough. Plus, the food is pretty sub-par. Yes, certain menu items are good enough, but the menu's pretty unhealthy. ANYWAY, Mom and I stopped at the outlets yesterday morning and decided to have lunch at Chili's. Not sure if the hostess had the day off or had already finished their shift for the day, but we stood awkwardly in the front of the restaurant for a few minutes before a manager stood up from a booth in the bar to help us. She interrupted an interview to do this, so I was pretty impressed (though I guess I should feel bad for the person being interviewed.) As she sat us down at our booth, she noticed the loud cry of a newborn a few booths away and said, "I think that table is about to leave," which I thought was nice and showed that she was thoughtful and observant. The baby didn't leave until we were almost done with our meal, but fortunately it stopped crying. Our server was friendly and kept on top of refills. The food was decent - I had the Southwestern Wrap (or something with a similar name) which was alright. I was disappointed that the menu described the wrap as a healthy choice and said it came with broccoli. Instead, I received fries, and decided to eat them anyway. Overall, a much better experience than I've had at any other local Chili's. I made sure to tip the server 20%, as she reminded me a lot of myself at age 19 :)

OK, so I never seem to have the best times at chilies but I thought I would give this one a last try. EVERYTHING SUCKED. My waitress Took my order and after repeating it 4 times She still gave it to me 100% wrong. She also messed up the other two peoples dishes. One had the wrong cheese on her burger and the other had a well done burger when they asked for a med rare one. She went to the kitchen to get me the right food and said she was sorry as she was still new there. Before my food came out she gave me a salad I didn't really want. I didn't even get half way through it before another wait person said they were sorry. Another bite in and the manager came over to say it. By the time I got my food I had heard "We are so so so sorry" 12 times. I will say this right now. If you were really sorry about how much you messed up my order you would have 1. left me a lone after getting me my food and 2. discount me on something on my order. The constant sound of "I'm sorry" ruined my meal so much After 2 bites of my chicken I asked for it to go.

This chili's has really slow service and both times I've gone there, they've messed up the bill. Both waiters barley checked up on us. Maybe they didn't like that I was using a free kids meal coupon. I don't think I will be back to this chili's, unless I'm too lazy to drive to another one.

  • Nancy M.

We usually enjoy Chili's but not this time. The menu has changed and our previous favorites no longer offered. The fajitas were "child portions" and had no flavor. After usually getting regular fries, I was surprised (and dismayed) when there was so much seasoning on them I could hardly choke them down. The waiter was OK but it seemed like we waited a long time for our food compared to other people around us. Needless to say, we won't be back.

I just spent a very unpleasant 2 hours at the Castle Rock CO Chilis. I have concluded that if u want to listen to the F-word and GD this and every other curse word known, then this is the place to be. I just wanted a glass of wine, and a light dinner at a family restaurant while I watched a football game. When I talked to the manager about the language, his only response was, "I can't do anything. What do u want me to do? Call the police?" Are u kidding me??? This is supposed to be a family restaurant. CALL THE POLiCE IF U DON'T KNOW HOW TO CONTROL THE CUSTOMERS!!!! IF that is what it takes to clean the place up, YES call the police. Why does a customer have to put up with low class people and a manger who does not know how to manage his restaurant????? I ripped up the bill and left it on the counter before I left, refusing to pay. It will be a ling time before I lower myself to another Chilis experience. Low class. That's wrong. No class.
